**No Meeting Held**

The Council meeting scheduled for October 31, 2023 was canceled as there were no matters pending before the Council. It was determined async that the Council would meet again as regularly scheduled on November 28, 2023.

**Premium Feed Proposal**

The Council reviewed a [Premium Feed proposal](https://gov.forta.network/t/attack-detector-premium-feed-proposal/728) that was posted in the [Premium Plan forum](https://gov.forta.network/c/governance-process/premium-feed-proposals/68) on an async basis. The Council noted that the proposal met all of the necessary requirements that were set out and approved in FP-6. The [Premium Feed proposal](https://gov.forta.network/t/attack-detector-premium-feed-proposal/728) was passed by the Council following approval of more than half of the active Council members in accordance with the Bylaws.
